Download errors!!!!

After you purchase a subscription you would expect to be able to download and read at least one of the issues you just purchased! I bought an annual sub and 2 individual issues. Ive tried everything from reboot to delete and reinstall the app. Nothing has worked! Very discouraging as Im sure the mag is great but since others have voiced the same concern and they arent answering with an update to fix the problem Im irritated! This app is a POS. Ive emailed the developer too.

New update causes app to crash Every Time!
