Downloading not working

I liked reading Field & Stream on-line.
However, the October 2012 issue is stuck in downloading mode for 24 hours. Nothing will download the issue. All other apps are closed as advised.
The internal app for communicating with customer support does not work either.
Now I got to figure out how to terminate my automatic subscription renewal.
Save your money and do not purchase.
